  • Day 1 - 2: Athens

Athens offers a treasure trove of sightseeing, activities and cultural experiences, from classical to contemporary theater performances at the historic Odeon of Herodes Atticus theater.

Step into history as you visit the iconic Acropolis, home to the magnificent Parthenon, and experience the remnants of ancient Greek civilization. Marvel at the Temple of Olympian Zeus and explore the ancient Agora, where Socrates and Plato had once walked. For gaining a deeper understanding of the city’s cultural heritage we suggest witnessing the stunning collection of ancient Greek artifacts and sculptures in the Acropolis Museum.

The quaint neighborhood of Plaka is celebrated for its scenic streets, vibrant homes, and charming tavernas, offering a delightful backdrop for leisurely walks. We also recommend the Athenian Riviera, which offers an escape from the city's bustle, presenting stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and luxurious seaside resorts. Visitors can soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing swim, or partake in thrilling water sports activities along the beautiful coastline.

But the adventures don't stop there! Athens offers an abundance of day trip opportunities, where you can uncover ancient treasures and breathtaking landscapes. Explore Delphi, Epidaurus, and Mycenae, immersing yourself in the rich history and mysteries of these ancient sites. Marvel at the majesty of the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion, and be captivated by the breathtaking sunset views.
